OUR CLASSES

Our classes: SWEAT, BODY, and DEFINE are a collection of high intensity, full body workouts that provide a precise approach to body design.  The workouts are optimized to challenge your body's muscles on the deepest level in order to create a lean, fit, well-proportioned physique

SWEAT.

Our SWEAT class is our signature class offering a unique athletic approach to dance cardio designed to increase your cardiovascular capability. This class includes 60 minutes of high-intensity dance cardio and intervals of core, upper and lower body resistance training.  All levels welcome!  

BODY.

Our BODY class is a HIIT-based boot-camp which includes 50 minutes of intense plyometric circuits of cardio bursts and body weight strength training.  Using mostly body weight as resistance, as well as combining a series of sport inspired speed and agility movements, this addictive class brings a whole new meaning to interval training.  No experience required

DEFINE.

Our DEFINE class is an intensified take on a traditional 50 minute toning class combining small controlled fat burning movements with lightweight resistance and bands to sculpt the entire body
