Adam Sanford - Founder

Adam is a leading trainer and fitness instructor who helps shape the lives of his clients in New York City. His belief that movement is a lifestyle allows him to create programs that are unique and inspiring. Adam's philosophy is that fitness is a form of self love, and the effort you put into your workouts will make you better on the inside and the out. Adam is committed to creating happy, healthy bodies and pushing his clients to change their lives. A professional dancer Adam appeared in productions across the U.S.  As well as the national touring and broadway companies of Wicked. As a dancer, he quickly realized the importance of maintaining a strong and healthy body. This realization pushed Adam to pursue  a career in the health and wellness industry. As a trainer Adam worked to obtain several nationally accredited certifications. Certified trainer and group fitness instructor, his certifications include: NASM CPT and CES, ACE and Fit For Birth Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Precision Nutrition Sports and Exercise Coach. Most recently Adam worked as a Celebrity and Master Trainer at AKT INMOTION in NYC. In addition to his roles as a trainer Adam also served as director of the men's program where he assisted in the design and development of the male training programs. 

 

Spencer Jones - Master Trainer/Director of Training

Spencer is a highly sought after New York based teacher and trainer. He is a Certified National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer with his Precision Nutrition Certification as well.  He was born and raised in Massachusetts and moved to NYC to pursue a career in Musical theater at the age of 18.  Since then, he has travelled the world with different shows and for the past 9 years, has been a part of the Broadway phenomenon Wicked.  His longevity in this profession has led him to understand the importance of taking care of your body and a passion for “sweating it out” through fitness.  In 2011 during a performance of Wicked, he suffered from an achilles rupture and through Wellness and Physical Therapy, he recovered in 8 months.  During this time, he truly became passionate about Fitness and its importance in life, this led him to educating himself and receiving his Certifications. Most recently he was a teacher/trainer at Body By Simone in NYC. He believes fitness isa way of living and not just an easy fix and he truly accredits fitness as the key to living your life to the fullest and unlocking your full potential.
